Service agreement

By scheduling auto glass replacement or repair with Auto Glass of LA, you agree to these terms. We agree to perform the work as quoted, with quality glass and professional workmanship. You agree to provide accurate vehicle and insurance information, safe access to the vehicle for the technician, and prompt payment of any amount not covered by insurance.

Pricing

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise noted. Final pricing depends on vehicle year, trim, ADAS features, and any special-order glass requirements. Mobile service is included free for any LA County address.

Lifetime warranty

We warrant our workmanship — sealing, installation, and ADAS calibration — for as long as you own the vehicle. If the windshield leaks, develops air noise, or fails because of installation defect, we'll repair or replace it free of charge. The warranty covers our workmanship only, not new damage from rocks, road debris, accidents, or vandalism. The warranty is non-transferable; it ends when ownership of the vehicle changes.

Insurance claims

When we file an insurance claim on your behalf, we are acting as your agent for that purpose only. Your deductible (if any) is your responsibility regardless of whether the insurer ultimately pays the claim. If your insurer denies the claim, you remain responsible for the full cost of the work performed.

Cancellations

You may cancel a scheduled appointment up to 2 hours before the scheduled time without charge. Cancellations within 2 hours of the appointment may be subject to a $50 trip fee.

Liability

Our liability under these terms is limited to the cost of the work performed. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to vehicle downtime, towing, or alternate transportation. We carry full commercial general liability and garage keepers insurance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from work performed by Auto Glass of LA will be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
