Got a chip or crack? Here's what to do first
Don't slam doors, don't drive over speed bumps if you can help it, and keep the car out of direct sun if possible. Sudden temperature changes spread cracks. Call us for a quick assessment.
Windshield replacement vs. repair
Repair (resin injection) is for chips smaller than a quarter and cracks shorter than 6 inches. Anything bigger needs replacement. We'll tell you honestly which you need — even if it means recommending a smaller job.
What 'ADAS calibration' actually means
Modern cars have a forward-facing camera near the rearview mirror. After windshield replacement, that camera needs recalibration to work correctly. We do this on every applicable vehicle, no extra charge.
Working with insurance
Most comprehensive policies cover windshield replacement at $0 out of pocket. We handle the claim — you just give us your insurance info. We work with every major carrier.
After your install
Wait at least 1 hour before driving (we'll tell you the exact safe drive-away time). Keep one window cracked for 24 hours. No high-pressure car washes for 48 hours.
Warranty claims
If something seems off — a leak, wind noise, anything — call us right away. We'll have a tech check it within a day or two, no charge.
