When you fill out a form on this site, we collect your name, phone number, email address, and any details you provide about your vehicle or insurance. When you call us, we may write down the same information so we can prepare a quote and schedule the work.

How we use it

Your information is used solely to provide a quote, schedule service, and communicate with you about your appointment. If you've authorized an insurance claim, we share the information necessary to process that claim with your insurance carrier.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We don't use it for advertising. We don't share it with marketing companies. Period.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand how people use this site so we can improve it. These tools collect anonymized data like page views, time on page, and approximate location. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Data retention

We keep customer records (job history, vehicle info, contact info) for warranty purposes — our warranty is for the life of your vehicle, so we may retain this information indefinitely for that reason. If you'd like us to delete your record, contact us at the address below.

Your rights
